Laia has a degree in Environmental Sciences and is an expert tutor. She searches everywhere to find ways of combating energy poverty and promoting the efficient use of energy.

A graduate in Environmental Sciences from the University of Girona and a Master of Management of Energy Efficiency from the University of Barcelona, Laia joined Ecoserveis in 2015. Among other duties, she trains energy agents, imparting both technical and social knowledge, and she helps users who are experiencing energy poverty or vulnerability to be more efficient and to reduce the size of their energy bills.
