Biotechnologist specializing in the environment and international development. Disseminate energy culture, do technical consulting, fundraising and explore new areas of business.

Joana has a degree in Biotechnology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. He has also studied Master’s degrees in Bioengineering with a specialization in Environment at the Université de Technologie de Compiègne and International Development at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.

Since 2012, he has been managing national and international projects at Ecoserveis on a variety of topics: funding mechanisms and business models for energy projects, renewable energy, energy efficiency, energy poverty and climate change. He also provides technical consultancy to public bodies for strategic planning in the field of energy, energy poverty and climate change, as well as consultancy for the drafting of European projects. He has also conducted studies on energy poverty and participated in publications on energy rights and energy poverty, among others. He collaborates monthly with the “Vida Verda” program on Ràdio 4, from where he contributes to the dissemination of energy culture.

Ecoserveis is also responsible for international business development and fundraising in order to continue to innovate in the field of energy.
