Creation of an information point for citizens in the energy transition in order to inform people who use energy in matters related to self-production installations of renewable energy, tax credits, procedures, rates and prices of energy, as well as shared self-consumption and energy communities at household level. Citizens will also be informed about existing grants and subsidies for renewable energy installations, the energy rehabilitation of homes, tax credits for municipal taxes (IBI, ICIO and IAAE), energy tariffs and energy prices, possibilities of optimizing contracted powers, etc. On the other hand, this service also offers information on permits and related procedures, municipal facilities and projects in the energy field, as well as the public metropolitan energy company. This point of energy information for citizens would have a telephone line for inquiries for 4 hours a week and an email box always available. An expert from Ecoserveis would take part in this project for 6 hours a week. The service will be provided online, requests can be made by email or phone, and meetings with the municipality will be via video conference.
