Description

The Attention Points to Energy Poverty (PAPE for its Catalan and Spanish acronym) are Barcelona’s pilot service to inform and advise people who are in a situation or at risk of energy poverty.

The PAPE offer information and advice to reduce energy and water use in the household and guidance on existing measures to protect vulnerable consumers. They also provide information on how to process grants for the rehabilitation of housing that is in poor living conditions (poor insulation, damp, building problems, etc.) and help in the dialogue with the supply companies, as well as detecting cases of energy vulnerability.

Participation of Ecoserveis

Ecoserveis has taken charge of developing the pilot test of the Attention Points to Energy Poverty in the districts of Sants Montjuïc, Nou Barris, Sant Martí and Sant Andreu in Barcelona.
